Do Clove oil massage on Abdomen for 5 minute

Exercise

Add 20 minute workout into your daily routine 

Avoid oily and heavy meal

Ignore fast food and milk made heavy food 

Yoga 

Do Yoga exercise  for 10 mintue everyday
